Adjusting the price of a care plan
You can adjust the price of an existing care plan at any time — for example for annual indexation or a general price change.
Go to Instellingen => Zorgplan, search for the care plan and click the edit icon. Update the financial details in the pop-up and save. The new price is active immediately for the care plan itself.
Applying updated prices to subscriptions
Updating a care plan's price does not automatically update existing subscriptions. To propagate the new prices, first adjust the care plan prices as described above, then go to Instellingen => Acties and run Zorgplan prijzen toepassen op abonnementen.
Select one or more care plans (hold Ctrl to select multiple) and save. Subscription prices are updated immediately across all subscriptions for the selected plans.
Notes
- Only administrators can adjust care plan prices.
- Subscription prices are always equal across subscriptions for the same plan — individual adjustments per subscription are not possible.
- Price changes cannot be undone. You can re-adjust the prices and run the action again to correct them.
