How does the integration work?
Step 1: Log in to Vetnio from Fuga
- Click the "V" button in a Fuga consultation
- On your first login you get two options:
- "I already have a Vetnio account"
- "I'm new to Vetnio"
- Choose the option that applies to you
Your account is linked to Fuga. On subsequent logins you are automatically logged in to your Vetnio account.
Step 2: Create a consultation in Vetnio
- Create a new consultation in Vetnio as usual
- Select the Fuga clinical note template. This template contains structured fields (anamnesis, diagnosis, therapy, etc.) that map directly to the consultation fields in Fuga.
Step 3: Export to Fuga
- When your clinical note is ready, click "Export to Fuga" at the bottom of the editor
- Vetnio sends your clinical note to Fuga
- All fields are mapped automatically:
- Anamnesis
- Clinical examination
- Diagnosis
- Therapy
- Prognosis
- Follow-up

Price per account, per month:
- 1 to 5 vets: €79.00
- From 6 vets: €69.00
Includes up to 80 hours of recording per account per month. Free 2-week trial period.
As of 01/07/2026, the billing and financial handling of Vetnio run directly via Vetnio, and no longer via your Fuga invoice. For any questions about your subscription, billing, the duration of the collaboration or cancellation, please contact Vetnio directly.
