Subscription only — no hardware needed
For the integrations below, a Symphony subscription is sufficient. No physical box, no installation visit — just the subscription and configuration in Fuga.
- Idexx VetConnect+ — blood, urine and chemistry analysers from Idexx
- VetScan FUSE (Zoetis/Abaxis) — in-house analysers from Zoetis
- VSOL — X-ray devices via VSOL software
- Antech Sound — X-ray, ultrasound and MRI files via Antech's SaaS platform
- Antech UAG — Antech's in-house UAG analyser
- Examion (Vetx) — X-ray devices connected via Examion software
- VetOS (in-house mode) — in-house lab devices connected via VetOS
Subscription + Symphony Box
Imaging devices that communicate via the DICOM protocol — ultrasound, X-ray and dental X-ray — require a physical Symphony Box at the practice. The box receives images over the local network and forwards them to Fuga.
In addition to the box, a Symphony subscription is also required.
You receive the box by post and plug it in yourself (power and network cable). No installation visit is required, and we complete the configuration remotely.
No Symphony required
External reference laboratories use their own login credentials and do not require a Symphony subscription. These include AML Lab, Velab/CMA, Bruyland, LimsVet, Synlab, Lab4Vet, Zoolyx and Labo Bauduin.
VetOS also has an external laboratory mode (for sending samples to a reference lab). This mode does not require a Symphony subscription.
