New Features

Consultation room can be made optional in the calendar

The consultation room (location) is no longer mandatory when creating or editing an appointment in the calendar. This now depends on the new practice setting "Location mandatory in calendar".

Search on names containing a digit

Searching for a client or company now also works when the search term contains a digit (for example a clinic called "Fuga4Vets"). Previously such names could not be found when searching by name.

BIC next to the IBAN on the invoice

When a BIC is filled in under your practice preferences, it is now shown next to the IBAN on the invoice — both on the static page and in the payment information on the dynamic page. This helps clients paying from abroad, where many banks still ask for the BIC in addition to the IBAN.

Exact Online (WEB) — choose the administration

When connecting to Exact Online, Fuga now remembers which administration (division) it exports to. Previously Fuga always used the division that was active at that moment in Exact Online. If an Exact Online account has several administrations, bookkeeping data could end up being sent to the wrong administration. Now you only need to make sure the correct administration is active in Exact Online the first time; after that Fuga always uses this administration. If needed, you can also change the administration in the bookkeeping export configuration.

Readable terms and conditions

The terms and conditions text on documents is now printed in a slightly larger font (8 pt instead of 5).

Belgium: Codabox — download documents only

A new setting lets you use the Codabox connection only to download documents, without using it for the rest of the bookkeeping export. For this you need to conclude a contract with CodaBox yourself. More info can be found here.

Resolved Issues

  • Invoices printed on pre-printed paper now do get a heading when they are sent by e-mail.
  • The option to automatically send invoices a number of days after the invoice date has been removed, as it did not work reliably.
  • Belgium: Payconiq / Wero by Fuga in-clinic payments are no longer registered twice when Wero sends a duplicate confirmation.
  • Belgium: Belfius CAMT.053 files are now imported correctly — incoming customer payments are no longer silently skipped when the amount is only specified at entry level.
  • Belgium: supplier names with accented characters are no longer corrupted when syncing to Peppol.
  • Belgium: the correct exemption code is now used for intra-community services on Peppol and on the UBL bookkeeping export.
