New features

Lock and unlock consultations from the list

In the list of unlocked consultations you can now lock a consultation directly, without having to open it first. The lock action opens the same lock window as from within the consultation itself. Once the consultation is locked, the unlock action also appears in the list; it resets the status without opening the consultation. This lets you keep working from the list, even when you want to lock or unlock several consultations one after another.

Belgium: VAMREG registrations for existing client interactions

Since July 2026, it is mandatory to declare the use and sale of antibiotics for horses and aquaculture on the VAMREG platform. Previously, a VAMREG registration was only created at the moment a client interaction was locked, and was never checked again afterwards. If something was not yet correct at that time (VAMREG not yet activated, depot or animal not yet correct, or the product not yet marked as an antibiotic or without a CNK/MA number), no registration was created.

You can now also create registrations for already locked client interactions as soon as everything is correct.

You generate the missing registrations yourself via Stock => Antibiotics registration, using the action "Generate missing FAGG (VAMREG) registrations". In the window, choose a start date at "Re-evaluate client interactions as from" (up to a maximum of one year back). Fuga then runs through all locked client interactions from that date and creates only the missing registrations; existing registrations remain untouched, so you can safely run the action again. The registrations created then appear in the "To be submitted to FAGG (VAMREG)" list and are sent from there — automatically when automatic sending is enabled, or manually from that list.

Import clients via a spreadsheet

There is a new action "Add or update clients via Excel file" (for users with an administrator profile) that lets you export the existing clients, adjust them in Excel and import them again, all in a single dialog window.

Remove failed Peppol documents from the list

When a financial document can definitively not be sent via Peppol, it remained in the dashboard as "to be checked". You can now remove such a document from the list of Peppol documents to be sent yourself.

Netherlands: NMBRS (aka Yuki) — choice between the Belgian and the Dutch environment

Yuki is splitting its connection by country from 1 August 2026. You can now choose in the bookkeeping configuration whether Fuga exports to the Belgian or the Dutch platform. Dutch practices that work with NMBRSmust now choose the Dutch environment. For the existing client integrations, Sonetas has already set this correctly. You do not need to do anything further.

Regenerate the PDF for receipts

The button to regenerate the PDF (↻ Refresh PDF), which retrieves the current data such as the animal's chip/transponder number, is now also available for receipts and no longer only for invoices. This lets you add missing data to an already issued receipt without having to delete the settlement.

Copy personal preferences to multiple colleagues

When copying a colleague's personal preferences, you can now copy the settings to multiple colleagues at once. The "General" tab has been removed from this function, because it contains person-specific data (such as the order number) that should not be copied along.

Hide bulk discount on the invoice

A bulk or quantity discount on a product was always shown on the invoice with the discount percentage (for example "[Discount: 20%]"). A new setting lets you hide that percentage, so you can give package buyers a lower price without showing the discount percentage to the client.

VetOS: charge lab rates and show the detail on the invoice

When you charge an examination via the Antech vetOS view integration to the client yourself, Fuga retrieves the price per test from vetOS (with your configured margin) and shows it in detail on the invoice. When the invoice is generated, an extra attachment page "Lab Order Details" is added to the invoice PDF, with the unit price (excl. VAT) per examination and the totals.

TVD and log settings organised more clearly

The settings for the TVD and the log/visiting letter (under Practice preferences => Documents) have been reorganised so they are clearer and easier to find. You now configure the log and visiting letter on the Netherlands tab.

Netherlands: Diagnosis, Therapy and Prognosis in the visiting letter

The visiting letter in the "Log and visiting letter" template now also has fields for Diagnosis, Therapy and Prognosis, in addition to the existing fields Anamnesis, Clinical examination and Follow-up.

Netherlands: adapted labels on the Fuga Share page

For pet owners in the Netherlands, the Dutch terms are now shown on the Fuga Share page: "Logboek en visitebrief" instead of TVD.

Extra titles in the title list

The list of titles for a person has been extended with Dairy farm, Sheep breeding farm, Sheep farm and Care farm.

Resolved issues

  • Advanced search on consultations with the Type criterion (for example Surgery) returned the error "Invalid search". This now works correctly.
  • A document based on the "Declaration" template is now generated in German for German-speaking clients, instead of in the wrong language.
  • Short CNK barcodes on labels were stretched and therefore hard to read and scan. They are now printed compactly again.
  • On an invoice to a business client outside the EU, the note "Intra-Community supply of goods/services" appeared incorrectly. For non-EU clients, the correct export note is now used.
  • Belgium: during Concerto synchronisation, products from inactive depots are no longer linked incorrectly. Previously the main system showed "sync ok" while the product was not usable in the practice.
  • The red warning border for an outstanding account incorrectly remained for some clients, even without an open consultation. It now disappears correctly again.
  • For a stock request, you now get a clear error message for a negative quantity or a non-existent supplier/client, instead of an unexpected error or a cleared field.
  • Payments created in Fuga via the payment API now correctly set the linked invoice to "Paid". Previously the invoice remained "Not paid".
  • In the agenda, the "Location" dropdown sometimes remained empty or hung for an appointment of type "Other" when the selected staff member had no agenda planning. This has been fixed.
  • Subscribing to the Fuga agenda via the iCal/webcal link failed in the more recent macOS Calendar app with error 406, even though the link was set up correctly. This works again now.
  • Importing AUV/Covetrus (Netherlands) deliveries stopped completely when an order code was longer than 20 characters (error "Data too long for column 'productNumber'"). Long order codes are now imported correctly.
  • In the screen to edit a lot, the Product number field was shown across the full width, pushing the "Lost units" and "Recovered units" blocks out of view. All fields are now shown correctly again.
  • When an Alcyon delivery was fetched twice in quick succession, it was imported twice (duplicate product records and delivery lines). This no longer happens.
  • Merging an insufficiently described product crashed when a stock request was still linked to it. This works again now: the stock request moves along to the merged product.
