What is the CoVet integration?

Fuga integrates with CoVet, an AI assistant that listens during your consultation and turns it into a structured clinical record. Just like the Vetnio integration, CoVet writes its finished report straight back into the matching Fuga consultation, so each part of the record lands in the right field.

Setting up the connection (one-time, in CoVet)

The link between Fuga and CoVet is set up once from inside your CoVet account, not in Fuga:

  1. In CoVet, click your name in the navigation to open the My Account page.
  2. Go to Integrations.
  3. Find the Fuga tile and click "Connect".
  4. Review the steps shown for the integration and continue.
  5. When prompted, sign in to your Fuga account in a separate tab with your usual Fuga login to authorise the connection, then return to CoVet.
  6. Once authorised, you get a confirmation that setup is complete. The connection is now ready to use.

A paid CoVet subscription is required to activate the Fuga integration. It cannot be enabled during a free CoVet trial.

Importing a consultation into CoVet

You start from Fuga, one consultation at a time:

  1. Open the consultation in Fuga.
  2. Click the CoVet logo in the consultation ("Send to CoVet").
  3. CoVet opens in your browser with that consultation loaded as a linked case, ready to work on. If you are not signed in to CoVet yet, you are asked to log in first.

Exporting the record back to Fuga

  1. Once your record is ready in CoVet, open it and click "Export to Fuga".
  2. A preview shows how the record will appear in Fuga.
  3. Confirm, and the record is written back to the linked consultation under the correct patient.

The clinical sections are filled automatically — anamnesis, clinical examination, additional examinations, diagnosis, therapy, follow-up and prognosis — the same way Vetnio does. How each part of the record maps to a section is driven by the Fuga template you use on the CoVet side, so if you want to adjust that mapping, you configure it in CoVet.

"Fuga is not yet connected to your account"

If you click the CoVet logo in a consultation and CoVet shows the message "Fuga is not yet connected to your account. Please activate it from CoVet first", it means the one-time connection above has not been made yet. This message comes from CoVet, not from Fuga. Set up the connection from your CoVet account as described, and the button will work afterwards. If the Fuga tile is not yet available in your CoVet account, this is managed on CoVet's side — please contact CoVet.

Nothing to activate in Fuga

On the Fuga side there is nothing extra to switch on: the CoVet button is available in your consultations by default. The connection only needs to be established once from CoVet.
