New Features
New, more compact icon for the help button
The help button at the bottom of the screen got a new, more compact icon. The button takes up less space and no longer gets in the way while you work. The window also opens a little larger, so the button to contact us is visible straight away.
Peppol invoice also contains the payment information for CCV or Payconiq payments
With a payment via CCV or Payconiq, the payment confirmation sometimes arrived just after the invoice had already been sent automatically via Peppol. The recipient then got an invoice still to be paid, even though it had just been paid. Automatic Peppol sending now always waits at least 1 hour, so the payment is always on the invoice.
Cancellation message only when a confirmation was sent
When an appointment is deleted or cancelled, Fuga now only sends the client a cancellation message if a confirmation was sent for that appointment, via the same medium. If no confirmation was sent, the client receives no cancellation message either.
Metric unit for product units
In the product units list (practice data, Stock tab) you can now link each unit to a metric unit (g or ml) with a number, e.g. "kg" = 1000 g. Common units (cc, 0.1 ml, kg, ml) were filled in automatically. For now this information is only used for the communication with VAMREG and Sanitel Med.
Registration in ml or g for VAMREG and Sanitel Med
For some products VAMREG imposes a pack quantity that matches neither what is on the pack nor what all Fuga users had configured (the FAMHP considers that 4.25 ml can be drawn from "Convenia 80mg/ml pdr+solv sol inj 4ml", while all Fuga users have 4 ml as the number of outgoing units). That is why Fuga now sends the information in g or ml for some products.
This applies to products whose outgoing unit has a metric unit filled in (see above) and when the unit VAMREG requires matches the metric unit in Fuga. In all other cases Fuga registers in packs.
CAMT.053 import recognises more payments
Besides the structured reference, the CAMT.053 import now also links a payment to an invoice when the structured reference or the invoice number (with or without the prefix) was typed in the free communication field. The payment remark shows what the payment was matched on, and the same payment is never registered twice.
Set direct debit invoices to paid in one go
Many banks pay all direct debit invoices as one total amount, even though Fuga asks to receive the individual transactions in the CODA or CAMT.053 file. If those transactions are missing, Fuga cannot set the invoices to paid automatically. Since the vast majority of direct debits go through fine, you can now set all invoices of a period to paid with one command in the report "Direct debit invoices". Invoices that were not paid after all can be set back to not paid per line, with a new command we added for this.
CCV: a separate API key per terminal
Practices with CCV terminals under different CCV contracts (typically one per physical address) can now enter a separate API key per pay desk. Without a separate key, Fuga keeps using the practice key, so nothing changes for practices with one terminal.
Protocol reminder: period longer than 50
The period of a protocol reminder was limited to 50. Now you can enter 52 weeks, for example, so a yearly reminder always falls on the same weekday and never in the weekend.
New communication application "At the counter"
When you register a communication, you can now also choose "At the counter" as the application.
Netherlands: extended logbook and visit letter
The visit letter section now always starts on a new page. A new section at the bottom lists the other products (non-medicines) and acts of the consultation, including the protocol names.
Netherlands: progress indicator when sending to MediRund
Sending a large batch to MediRund can take a while. Instead of a static "Loading" text, Fuga now shows a moving progress indicator and a warning not to close the window and not to send again. This avoids duplicate registrations.
Exact Online: export receipts too
For Exact Online (web), you can now also export receipts as bookings via an option in the Exact Online settings, so the revenue and VAT of counter sales also reach Exact. Receipt numbers get a 9 prefix so they never collide with invoice numbers.
SuperFuga: time of locking and checkout
SuperFuga reporting now also includes the time a consultation was locked and the time it was checked out.
Resolved Issues
- The reference number of supplier orders sometimes jumped back to an earlier value or was manually set back to an earlier value, so two orders got the same reference and deliveries could be booked into stock twice. Every order now gets a unique reference number. The field to set this number manually has been removed. It existed to allow continuous numbering for the depot across suppliers, but since the FAMHP no longer requires a number on delivery notes, this is no longer relevant.
- A barcode scanner cancelled the product search instead of executing it; the product only appeared after deleting a character. A scanned code is now found immediately.
- A link added in a rich text template was saved shortened and could not always be opened. The full link is now kept.
- With staff planning switched on, an appointment was sometimes refused with the message that the collaborator is not available (without a name), even though the collaborator was planned. This is fixed.
- The duration of the consultation subtype was not used for a new appointment when the personal setting "Split selection for consultation types" was on. The duration is now always applied.
- The settings icon next to the collaborator label and the consultation room label in the calendar opened the Lab tab instead of the Agenda tab of the practice preferences. This is fixed.
- In the report "Suppressed e-mail addresses", the command to lift the suppression could not be selected when "Use pop-up with row actions" was on. This is fixed.
- The browser could fill in the Fuga login on all supplier fields on the Stock tab of the practice preferences and overwrite the real supplier login details. This no longer happens.
- Editing the payment of an invoice that granted a timely payment discount could remove that discount from an invoice already issued (or sent via Peppol), so the discount was booked twice. This is fixed.
- The "Order ready" e-mail only showed the products that were still in stock. However, if a product was part of a sale, that was possibly no longer true. All products ready for collection are now listed.
- IDEXX VetConnect PLUS: orders for some breeds (e.g. Pyrenean Mountain Dog) were refused because of a wrong breed mapping. This is fixed.
- Netherlands: postcodes are now handled consistently, with or without a space, and a house number with a letter (e.g. 5a) is recognised correctly.
- Netherlands: delivery notes for the third AUV/Covetrus depot account were not imported. This is fixed.
- Netherlands: an NLPHARMA delivery note via FIDIN that could not be processed blocked all further delivery notes for that depot. This is fixed.
