Under the Stock tab you can Add supplier. You can also create a new supplier from a supplier overview by clicking the 'Add' icon ().

Next, link the supplier record to the supplier interface under Settings => Practice preferences => Stock and first click the pencil icon. Under 'Mapping of supplier interfaces to supplier', choose your supplier interface, select the supplier record you just created and save.

When you click the pencil icon again (on the same page), one or more extra fields for your suppliers appear at the bottom right. Enter the login credentials you received from your supplier here. Once everything is filled in and saved, you can retrieve your deliveries that are on their way or delivered under Shipped deliveries. To book a delivery into your stock, click the truck icon ().

Covetrus - Nerum

The NetOrder integration covers 2 different suppliers: Covetrus and Nerum. Fuga handles this as follows. Create two suppliers whose company name contains one of these words: Covetrus (you probably already have this one) and Nerum. When the delivery document is uploaded, the correct supplier is then linked to the delivery automatically. This makes sure your incoming and outgoing register show the correct supplier.

(1) = This interface needs different login credentials than the login you use to place orders on their website. Contact Vetria for a login for the Fuga integration.

How it works: Fuga retrieves the Vetria catalog every night without any action from the practice (this has no effect on the practice's Fuga by itself).

The catalog is used for the following actions in Fuga, but the practice has to start these actions itself:
placing an order with Vetria from Fuga
importing the data for a product
updating the product prices in Fuga

(2) = This supplier needs a special configuration that we have to add for you. Please contact us when setting it up.

(3) = For these suppliers, request your login credentials from Prophac (vincent.lallemand@prophac.lu) and Hanff (alex.darrosa@hanff.lu).

(4) = The products are sent to the shopping cart at the wholesaler. Any further changes to the cart (e.g. quantities) and placing the actual order must be done on the supplier's website.

If your practice mainly works with one wholesaler, you can set a default supplier interface via Settings => Practice preferences => Stock. This interface is then pre-selected when you create a new order.
