You can create a laboratory request from the consultation record under the "Examinations" tab.
Follow these steps:
- Click the "Add" icon.
- Select the desired request form and click "Save".
A new document will now be added to the consultation, or you will be redirected to the laboratory's website.
You then have two options:
- Open the document, insert the laboratory's request form into your printer, and print the document.
- Some laboratories support online requests. In that case, the remainder of the process is completed online.
Please note: Only laboratory request forms for which the templates are active will be displayed.
