First of all, you need to enter your laboratory details under Settings → Practice Preferences → Laboratory. Here you can also find more information about how request numbers work.
Under Docu center, you can retrieve new results by clicking the circular refresh button. An important parameter here is "Days": this determines how far back in time the system will search for results to retrieve.
All laboratory results that are provided to Fuga via a link (such as AML LabOnline, Fuse, and Idexx VetConnect Plus) can now be downloaded as a PDF. When these results are sent by email, the PDF version is automatically attached.
