The integration with Yuki works through a direct connection between Fuga and the Yuki web service. Invoices and credit notes are sent from Fuga directly to your Yuki administration — no files need to be exported or imported.

Activation

The Yuki integration is part of Fuga's accounting module. If this module is not yet active, please contact subscriptions@sonetas.eu.

Once the module is active, set the export type to "Yuki" via Settings => Practice data => Accounting tab. The Yuki configuration fields will then appear automatically on the same tab.

Configuration

The following details are required to set up the integration. You can find them in your accountant's Yuki portal, under Web service management.

Field Description Where to find it
Admin id The ID of your Yuki administration. Your accountant's Yuki portal → Web service management → Administration ID
Access key The key used by Fuga to authenticate with the Yuki web service. Your accountant's Yuki portal → Web service management → Access key
Adjust ledger account When enabled, you can assign a specific ledger account per product. Invoice lines are then split by ledger account when sent to Yuki.
Use Projects If your practice has multiple locations, the commercial name of the location is sent to Yuki as a project code. Not relevant for single-location practices.

For more information on configuring ledger accounts per product type, see How can I export my accounting from Fuga?

Sending invoices to Yuki

Fuga supports two methods for sending invoices to Yuki:

Option 1 — Manual upload via the web service

You send invoices yourself whenever you choose — daily, weekly, or monthly.

  1. Go to Accounting => Reports => Invoices and credit notes.
  2. Select the desired period.
  3. Click the Yuki_upload button in the top right of the toolbar.

Fuga sends all invoices and credit notes for the selected period — including customer details and payment information — directly to Yuki. You will see a confirmation or error message when the process completes.

Option 2 — Automatic via UBL and email

Yuki can also receive invoices as UBL files via email. With this method, invoices are sent to Yuki automatically as soon as they are created in Fuga — no manual upload required. For more information on the UBL settings in Fuga and how to activate this, see UBL export from Fuga.
