Follow these steps to transition to a new depot number in Fuga:
Update Practice Addresses
- Go to Practice Data => Locations tab
- Modify the current address (with the old depot number). You can add "OLD" after the street number for reference.
- Create a new address with the new depot number.
- Set this new address as the primary address.
- Move all consultation rooms, waiting areas, and hospitalization units to the new address.
Transfer Stock:
- Go to Stock => Actions => Move all lots to other depot
- Select: Current depot = the old depot ; add depot = the new depot
- Click "move"
Important Notes:
- Depot-specific products with batches will be duplicated, and their batches will be transferred to the new duplicates.
- Depot-specific products without batches (in the old depot) will not be duplicated.
Deactivate the old depot:
- Return to Practice Data => Locations tab.
- Deactivate the old depot address (only possible after transferring all rooms and units).
Update supplier and default depot preferences:
For suppliers:
- Go to Practice Preferences => Stock tab.
- For each active supplier, assign the new depot.
For your user account:
- Go to Personal My Preferences => General tab.
- Set the new depot as your default depot.
Update integration token (if applicable)
If you use a depot integration token (e.g., for Vetrinord):
- Generate a new token for the new depot.
- Share the new token with relevant third-party services.
