In the stock - shipped deliveries tab, press the arrow to retrieve the stock from the supplier (if it has a connection to Fuga). 


If you can only retrieve part of the delivery then you can take a look at your settings - practice preferences - stock whether "ignore delivery" happens to be on from a certain date. 


In that case, the delivery will not be visible from that date on. You can change this date if necessary and push back on the arrow and you will get the correct order being picked up.
