It may happen that Fuga is temporarily unreachable because we are performing maintenance or because something has gone wrong. In that case, the page https://sonetas.eu/fuga will display a message informing you that Fuga is currently unavailable and will redirect you to the test4 environment (https://sonetas-test4.eu/fuga/).
In the test4 environment, you can log in using your usual username and password.
The test4 environment always contains the data of the real Fuga as they were on the previous day. However, please note that if maintenance starts on Saturday evening, only the data up to Friday evening will be available in test4.
You can use the test4 environment to consult information or to work as you normally would in Fuga. However, all changes you make must be transferred manually to the real Fuga once it becomes available again. We will temporarily disable the automatic overwrite of test4 data until after the first working day, giving you enough time to transfer this information. For example, if maintenance takes place during the night from Friday to Saturday, you will be able to transfer data on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. If maintenance takes place during the night from Saturday to Sunday, you will be able to transfer data on Sunday and Monday. Open the test4 environment in one browser tab and the real Fuga in another.
You can use the test4 environment to:
- view your agenda and create new appointments
- perform a consultation and create a pro forma invoice
- print labels
- review a patient’s history
- consult documents and files stored in Fuga
- ...
IMPORTANT: ALL OF THIS INFORMATION WILL BE IRREVOCABLY LOST IF YOU DO NOT MANUALLY TRANSFER IT TO THE REAL FUGA WHEN IT BECOMES AVAILABLE AGAIN.
The test4 environment is not able to communicate with the outside world. Therefore, you CANNOT:
- send emails
- send SMS messages
- process CCV or Payconiq payments
- receive deliveries or place orders with wholesalers
- request laboratory tests or receive results from labs or via Symphony
- ...
