Fuga can export invoices and credit notes as UBL files (Peppol BIS 3.0). This format is supported by most accounting packages and platforms, including Yuki, Billit, ClearFacts, and others.

To check whether the accounting module is already active for your practice, go to Settings => Practice preferences => Accounting integrations tab. If you see export settings there, the module is active. If that section is not visible, the module has not yet been enabled — see the Activation section below.

Activation

UBL export is part of Fuga's accounting module. If this module is not yet active, you can request a subscription via subscriptions@sonetas.eu.

Configuring UBL in Fuga

Go to Settings => Practice data => Accounting tab. Under Accounting export, select the UBL option that fits your workflow.

Option 1 — UBL as a file

Invoices and credit notes are generated as UBL files that you can download manually and deliver to your accountant or import into your accounting package.

Option 2 — UBL via email

Fuga sends invoices and credit notes as UBL files by email to the address you specify. You choose whether this happens automatically or manually.

SettingDescription

Manual or automatic export

You can choose to export manually. You trigger the export yourself via Accounting => Reports => Invoices and credit notes, then click the export button. This way you decide when invoices are sent and can control exactly which invoices are included in each export.

Alternatively, you can have Fuga send the financial documents fully automatically. This happens overnight.
