Your Symphony Box arrives by post, ready to use. The parcel contains the Symphony Box, a USB-C power adapter, and a network cable. Setting it up takes just two cables and a few minutes. No technician visit needed.

What you need nearby: a power socket, and a free network port. This can be a network socket in the wall, or a free port on your internet router or network switch.

  1. Place the box near your network port and a power socket. It stays switched on permanently. It runs automatic maintenance overnight, so please leave it plugged in.
  2. Connect the network cable from the Symphony Box to your network port (wall socket, router, or switch). Please use the cable. Wi-Fi is not supported.
  3. Plug in power: connect the USB-C adapter to the box and to a wall socket.
  4. A green light comes on, showing the box has power. Give it about 5 minutes to start up and connect.

What happens next?

  • That's everything on your side. There are no settings or passwords to enter. The box contacts Sonetas automatically over the internet, and we complete the setup remotely, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
  • To make sure your imaging device sends its images correctly, we sometimes also contact the supplier of that device, so the settings on their side match the Symphony Box. We arrange this for you.
  • Once everything is in order, your images arrive in Fuga automatically, and you don't need to do anything further.
