Note: only administrators can add new staff members.
Adding the staff member and creating an account
- Go to Configuration => Practice Data => Co-workers and accounts.
- Add the new staff member.
- Assign them an account in the same section (Configuration => Practice Data => Co-workers and accounts).
Setting a password
- Reset the account password using the circular arrow icon
- The staff member can then set their own password by clicking their name in the top-right corner.
How to link an existing account to a new staff member?
Follow the steps as above.
Important: do not edit the details of a former staff member. This would reassign all their past consultations, sales, and communications to the new employee.
Enabling the new staff member in the Agenda
To make their calendar active and visible:
- Go to Configuration => My preferences => Agenda.
- Select their name.
This is a personal setting, so it must be applied to each user's account.
